- In-stock jackets WITH lettering sewn on ship in approximately 2 weeks.
- All custom made jackets ship in approximately 4-6 weeks.
- We ship all orders in the United States by UPS or FedEx or United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
- Orders shipped to APO addresses will be sent through the United States Postal Service.
- International shipping is through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Additional shipping charges are incurred on all international orders, due to the extra paperwork and time required for packaging and shipping of international orders.
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees and taxes; these are outside the control of Stewart & Strauss, Inc., and are the responsibility of the recipient..
- USA GROUND: $17.50 for the first jacket, $7.50 for each additional jacket.
- USA 2 DAY AIR: $40. for the first jacket, $20.00 for each additional jacket.
- USA OVERNIGHT: $60. for the first jacket, $30. for each additional jacket.
- INTERNATIONAL: $60. for the first jacket, $30. for each additional jacket.
All returns of blank (non-decorated) jackets require a prior authorization number and are subject to a 15% restocking fee or $25. (whichever is greater) and must be returned within 10 days. Claims for damaged or defective jackets must be made within 10 days of receipt of the jackets. Please submit your request for an authorization number. You may call our Returns Department at
If decorated jackets have been incorrectly/improperly personalized, our Customer Support Team must be notified immediately so that appropriate adjustments or corrective action can be taken.
Worn or altered garments are not returnable. Therefore, it's especially important that jackets are inspected upon receipt.

Blank (non-decorated) jackets ONLY! You may call our Returns Department at . Please indicate the jacket you are returning and the new jacket(s) you want sent. Be as specific as possible when describing the new jacket. The jacket(s) returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new jacket(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable.
Out of Stock Items
If you do not wish to wait for the item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s).
Special orders and custom orders are non returnable or cancelable. Personalized items are special made for you and cannot be returned.
