Shipping - In-stock jackets WITHOUT lettering ship in 48 hours. - In-stock jackets WITH lettering NOT sewn on to your jacket ship in 48 hours. - In-stock jackets WITH lettering sewn on to your jacket ship in about 4 weeks. - Custom made jackets ship in about 4 weeks. - Shipping charges are €40, euros for the first jacket plus €20, euros for each additional jacket. - We ship all European orders by either United States Postal Service Priority Mail or by Federal Express. - Shipments may be subject to customs fees and taxes; these are outside the control of Stewart & Strauss, Inc., and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns All returns of blank (non-decorated) jackets require a prior authorization number and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Claims for damaged or defective jackets must be made within 10 days of receipt of the jackets. Please submit your request for an authorization number. If decorated jackets have been incorrectly/improperly personalized, our Customer Support Team must be notified immediately so that appropriate adjustments or corrective action can be taken. Please allow up to 10 days for credits to be processed. Worn or altered garments are not returnable. Therefore, it's especially important that jackets are inspected upon receipt. *Please notify us prior to returning/exchanging an item. We will give you a return-authorization number to ensure that your return/exchange is accepted. Exchanges Blank (non-decorated) jackets ONLY! Please indicate the jacket you are returning and the new jacket(s) you want sent. Be as specific as possible when describing the new jacket. The jacket(s) returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new jacket(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable.
Out of Stock Items If you do not wish to wait for the item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay. If we are unable to deliver the item within 60 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s). Special Orders Special orders and custom orders are non returnable or cancelable. Personalized items are special made for you and cannot be returned. |
