- Custom made jackets ship in approximately 4-6 weeks
and will be confirmed at time of order.
- We ship all orders in the United States by UPS.
- Orders shipped to APO addresses will be sent through the United States Postal Service.
- International orders will be shipped with Federal Express unless otherwise
requested.
Returns
There are no returns or exchanges
on custom made jackets. Claims for damaged or defective jackets must be made
within 10 days of receipt of the your order. Please submit your request
for an authorization number. You may call our Returns Department at

If decorated jackets have been incorrectly/improperly personalized, our Customer Support Team must be notified immediately so that appropriate adjustments or corrective action can be taken.
Worn or altered garments are not returnable. Therefore, it's especially important that jackets are inspected upon receipt. *Please call us prior to returning/exchanging an item. We will give you a return-authorization number to ensure that your return/exchange is accepted.
